hi there, i’m angela (she/her), and i’m grateful you’re here!

i’m a registered nurse of over 10 years and certified reiki master.

​i blend my interest in science and tech with heart-led energy work to help others reconnect with their bodies, their spirit, and their inner wisdom.

my goal with every reiki session is to create a sacred space where you feel safe enough to slow down and invite intentional stillness.

    i'm not normally a "woo woo" person, but my reiki session with angela absolutely blew me away. from the moment we started, she created such a calming, safe space, that i could feel my shoulders drop about three inches. by the end of the session, i felt lighter - not just physically, but emotionally. there was this unexpected wave of clarity and peace that stuck with me the rest of the day.

    i've never experienced anyone hold space the way angela does. it feelsl ike you're being held physically, emotionally, and energetically all at once. she creates this environment where you can finally take a breath, unclench your body, and just be.
